If you feel frail, we will negotiate custom airline and ground passage for you and your companion(s). We can even lay on an air ambulance.
The charges are to Germany’s universal medical price list. We shall send you a full cost estimate before you commit. We can also suggest plenty of cost reductions like local preliminary examinations. We can also help you get funding.
German hospitals are glad to accommodate your companion(s) – even in the same room as you.
Germany has the world’s strictest patient rights laws: rest assured your interests will be protected, wherever you are from.
Hospitals always set aside a contingency sum in case of complications. If this is not needed, you get it back.
We always work with celebrated specialists whom we know personally. They are our trusted colleagues and friends. If you have a specialist or hospital in mind, we would be happy to arrange their services for you.
After your German treatment, you will get a custom plan for your follow-up treatment or care. The doctors we work with would be happy to spend time talking with you even after light treatment, by video conference if necessary.
Once your treatment ends, you get a detailed breakdown of costs and an invoice. Any money you have overpaid will be transferred back into an account you nominate anywhere in the world.
This is unlikely, but we are always happy to talk. If there is a large discrepancy between initial estimate and final invoice, rest easy: Germany has an independent ombudsman who can review matters at no cost to you.
